LyfeAdminLabs:
Pioneering Equitable Household Dynamics.

Revolutionizing Domestic Dynamics for Stronger, United Homes.

About Us:

LyfeAdminLabs is an initiative to reduce the number of hours people, but especially women, spend on housework and caregiving. Recognizing the diverse household dynamics, from couples to single mothers, we are grounded in creating a world where everyone has the support and tools they need to balance life's responsibilities. LyfeAdminLabs champions a vision of homes where burdens and joys are shared, where understanding reigns, and equality thrives. With data and empathy as our anchors, we envision a future where life's tasks are lighter, and relationships, whether between couples or single parents, are fortified by shared responsibilities.

First Principles

Prioritizing inclusion, especially focusing on Black women in the US.
Technology as a tool, not the ultimate solution.
•The cornerstone of empathy.
•Addressing the challenge of time poverty.

Mission & Vision:

Mission:

Equipping every household, from couples to single parents, with tools and insights to distribute chores fairly, fostering closer bonds and improved life quality.

Vision:

A world where domestic chores are evenly divided, paving the way for thriving relationships and contented homes.

Evidence-Based Approach:

Data is our compass. Take this startling fact from a 2023 Pew Research study shows that even when women are in egalitarian marriages they complete 2.5 hours more of housework and 2 hours more of care a week than their spouses. Our initiatives, are rooted in meticulous research with an aim to redistribute labor in the household so it is more equitable and fair.

Words to Inspire:

"Habits are not a finish line to be crossed. They're a lifestyle to be lived." — James Clear, Atomic Habits

“We can best solve the problems that beset many working wives and their families not by returning to the way things used to be…by helping the next generation (and ourselves) to neutralize both the sexual connotation of washing machines and vacuum cleaners and the senseless tyranny of spotless shirts and immaculate floors.”Ruth Schwartz Cowan, More Work for Mother

"Change your habits, change your life." — Charles Duhigg, The Power of Habit

"In unity, we find strength." — Nelson Mandela
